Join Net Zero Australia as the Net Zero Australia (NZAu) Project unveils its latest findings on potential pathways to decarbonise Australia’s heavy industry sector.

The Decarbonising Heavy Industry Report presents updated modelling to assess potential pathways for Australian industrial sectors to reach net zero emissions, including:

• potential roles of electrification, fuel switching, CO₂ capture and CO₂ removals;
• how natural gas prices, biomass availability, shared infrastructure and energy security imperatives could shape Australia’s decarbonisation pathways; and
• the impact of these options on the costs of industrial decarbonisation.

The seminar will conclude with a panel discussion and Q&A with the audience, featuring speakers:
