We need leaders who bring different perspectives and practical approaches. We can achieve this by supporting diversity of thinking\, backgrounds\, experience\, and capabilities. But how do we inspire the growth and inclusion of leaders who will bring this diversity? \nOur second panel will introduce us to one example of how we can support diversity in our leadership. We are excited to share that this session will mark Australia’s public launch of global initiative Women in Architecture (WIA). \nWIA was created to accelerate the pathway for women in architecture to amplify the impact of the discipline worldwide.
