DEADLINE: Business Research and Innovation Initiative (BRII) Renewables and Low Emissions Round 4

The Department of Industry, Science and Resources are seeking innovative solutions for government policy and service delivery challenges. The three challenges in this round of BRII focus on renewables and low emissions practices. You can apply if you have successfully completed a BRII Renewables and Low Emissions Feasibility project, or have been invited to apply for the Proof of concept stage funding round.
The challenges are

  • Increasing energy efficiency of commercial fishing operations.
  • Powering safe drinking water for Australian First Nations remote communities.
  • Alternative packaging for premium Australian wine.

DEADLINE: Impact2Innovate Program

Fast track your impact business or social enterprise growth with individualised support valued at up to $50,000. Be it through mentoring, strategic planning or access to our deep WA cross-sector networks including corporates, government and impact funders, Impact Seed’s Impact2Innovate (i2i) program can help.

i2i provides customised support, meeting your business/enterprise at whatever stage it’s at, and helping it get to where you want it to go. Types of support range from mentoring, business development, strategic planning, social impact evaluation, grant application wrap around support, and investment readiness.

If you are a business that has a positive impact on your community, or a not for profit organisation that runs a business, then the i2i program may be for you.

The 2025 program particularly welcomes interest from regional WA as well as First Nations businesses.
