DESCRIPTION:YOUNG IC will be hosting an Interactive Q/A with Toto Boutdara and Peter Hong on Investing in an ESIC (Early Stage Innovation Company). \n– What are they?\n \n– Why are they so valuable?\n \n– What are the requirements for the company/investors? \n– What are the tax incentives and benefits? \nThe above will be discussed in an interactive and easy to consume way. Peter has worked in the tax industry for more than 15 years since he graduated from Curtin University. He is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. He also received a National Dux award from the Tax Institute of Australia in 2011. In addition to being a CPA and CTA\, he also holds a Masters of Taxation from the UNSW. \nPeter provides tax advice to business owners and other professionals on a wide range of taxation matters. His area of specialty includes Small Business tax concessions\, capital gains tax\, business structuring and restructuring\, Division 7A and taxation of trusts.
