DESCRIPTION:Have you thought about getting some independent strategic advice for your business but don’t know where to start?\nWhat are three questions you could ask a panel of strategic advisors that might give your business a boost? \nInnovation Cluster in partnership with Strategic Intent Consulting is calling for expressions of interest from business owners in the South West to experience the power of Advisory Board model to accelerate their growth strategy.\nThis Pop-Up Advisory Board event is open to start-up’s\, SME’s\, and family businesses. The event matches Business Owners with one to three expert and experienced Advisors in a short 40 minute facilitated Advisory Board meeting to discuss business opportunities or challenges they are facing. \nHow a Pop-Up Advisory Board event works\nYou will complete a growth score survey to benchmark your business and identify up to three key business opportunities or challenges. \nA Chair will be assigned to your business and contact you to clarify your key business opportunities or challenges. The Chair will assign one to three advisors to be part of the Advisory Board meeting.\nThe Advisory Board meeting is a structured approach to maximise quality conversations and follow up. The Chair will facilitate the meeting with you and up to two additional business members\, and the allocated advisors.\nThe meeting will cover an overview of where your business is at\, review of your priorities for the next 18 months\, Advisor conversations to answer your key questions\, and finish with a draft 90 day action plan.\nAfter the meetings have concluded we will have a quick debrief with all the business owners on common themes and finish with networking drinks. \nEvent details\nThursday 8th February 2024\n4 – 7pm\n1/25 Burler Drive\, Vasse\, WA\, 6280\n$35 and free for SET members.
