DESCRIPTION:This joint webinar by the Net-Zero Industries Mission and the Green Powered Future Mission\, taking place on 16 June at 10:00 CEST / 16:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8)\, will explore how industrial electrification can accelerate the transition towards near-zero industrial production.​ \nThe session will focus on the role of clean electricity\, power system flexibility\, industrial heat electrification and enabling infrastructure in replacing fossil-based industrial processes. Particular attention will be given to the conditions required to scale electrification across Asian industries\, including affordable renewable power\, grid readiness\, investment frameworks and supportive policy environments.​ \nBringing together international experts\, industry representatives and regional perspectives\, the webinar will highlight practical pathways for linking industrial decarbonisation with the transformation of future energy systems.​
