Gain new\, in-demand skills! \n\n\n\nThe Students Doing Good Sustainability Challenge brings you together with other WA University students\, industry and academic mentors to consider solutions to one of four Sustainable Development Goals: \nSDG 2: Zero Hunger \nSDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth \nSDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production \nSDG13: Climate Action \nYou’ll learn and practice design thinking to innovate solutions to wicked problems in one of these SDGs\, work in a team to develop your solution into a presentation\, and pitch your idea to a panel of subject matter experts. \nThe SDG Challenge is a 100% online event. Students enrolled at any WA University (Onshore and International campuses) can join and gain the experience of collaborating with entrepreneurs\, industry innovators and academic leaders to develop innovative solutions on a local or global scale. Present your team’s pitch in a 5 minute video. \nTo get the most from your SDG Challenge experience\, you should be available to join online for the following key events\, as well as have some availability between these dates to work on your team’s project\, at times/ dates that you all agree upon:\n31 July 2023\, 4-6pm: Get inspired! Meet the Mentors.
