DESCRIPTION:Join Dr Chris Vas at the very first Technology Tuesday event free onsite at FIPWA with an interactive demonstration of consumer biometrics! \nDr Billy Sung and Stephen Gilmour will provide an overview of the market research capabilities of Metrix Consulting\, specifically its innovative consumer biometric research capability. \nThe workshop will outline the different applications of consumer biometrics and neuroscience in food and food marketing research and will include a LIVE interactive demonstration covering the use of facial expression\, eye tracking and brainwave in testing concepts\, labelling and sensory attributes\, packaging and much more! \nDr Billy Sung is the Head of Neuromarketing at Metrix Consulting and a Professor of Consumer Psychology and Neuroscience at the School of Management and Marketing\, Curtin University. He specialises in consumer research\, neuromarketing and consumer biometrics\, consulting for many local\, international\, and multinational industry partners. \nStephen Gilmour is Senior Business Director at Metrix Consulting\, with a 33-year career in Market Research – spanning CEO and directorial roles both agency and client-side across Australia and the UK. Stephen worked with numerous FMCG brands in Sydney during his six-year tenure between 2011 and 2017 – clients included Nivea\, Unicharm and Nudie. \nEntry is free but registrations are compulsory. \nFinger food and refreshments will be provided.
