WA Horticulture Science Forum
Join us for the WA Horticulture Science Forum, a collaborative event hosted by the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) and WA Agricultural Research Collaboration (WAARC), focused on building a clear and shared understanding of horticulture research underway across Western Australia.
Purpose of the Forum
The primary aim of this forum is to:
- Provide visibility of current horticulture R&D across WA
- Share key findings and emerging insights from active projects
- Bring together stakeholders to understand who is doing what across the system
By building this shared understanding, the forum will also support discussions on:
- Where gaps exist
- What opportunities are emerging
- What future research or collaboration may be needed

- Rapid research snapshot presentations from across WA
- Insights from multiple organisations, commodities and disciplines
- Facilitated roundtable discussions to reflect on key gaps and needs
- Group discussion to identify emerging priorities
