Join Engineers Australia for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Spinifex Brewing Co. This technical site visit will provide insight into the engineering behind modern brewing operations, from grain handling and processing through to fermentation, packaging, kegging and canning. 

The experience will include a guided tour through both Sustainable Innovative Food Technologies (SIFT) and Spinifex Brewing, offering members a unique opportunity to see advanced manufacturing, processing and operational systems in action. A highlight of the tour will be an Australian-first wastewater treatment trial delivered in partnership with HydroLeap. The innovative three-tank hydrolysis system is designed to remove organic matter from wastewater, demonstrating how engineering innovation can improve environmental outcomes and support more sustainable manufacturing practices. This event will be of particular interest to engineers working in manufacturing, process engineering, environmental engineering, water management and sustainability.

Following the tour, attendees will have the opportunity to continue the conversation over food and refreshments at Groundswell, providing a relaxed setting for networking with fellow members and industry professionals.
