DEADLINE: Green Compute at the Edge Challenge

This Challenge will identify technologies that set a new standard for sustainable compute infrastructure in regional Western Australia (WA), at scale, with genuine benefit to the projects and communities that host them.
Solutions are invited to match at least one of three use cases:
- Carbon-Free Energy
- Water-Positive Cooling
- Regional Integration & Benefits
The Green Compute at the Edge Innovation Challenge has been curated into two separate tracks, each inviting different solutions based on technology readiness level (TRL) and geography. The Early disruptors track invites highly disruptive solutions with a strong connection to WA, in their early stages of development (TRL 3-6), while the Near-deployment solutions track is intended for solutions that are ready for real-world piloting and offtake (TRL 7-9).
Finalists shortlisted from both streams will progress to a live pitch and judging round during West Tech Fest in Perth in December 2026.
