The theme for the UN Tourism World Tourism Day 2026 is “Digital Agenda and Artificial Intelligence to Redesign Tourism”.

As part of the ECU World Tourism Day 2026 forum on 1st October 2026, we are looking to showcase practical examples of how digital technologies and artificial intelligence are being or could be applied to transform tourism, hospitality and destination management.

Up to four industry businesses will be selected to deliver a short (5mins), high-impact presentation or demonstration of their product, service or adoption of technology at the event. Presentations should focus on a practical application, technology, tool, or platform that relates to the event theme. There will also be an opportunity to showcase your business with a booth in a mini exhibition during the event.

We are looking for businesses working in areas such as:

• visitor personalisation
• predictive analytics
• smart destination management
• digital accessibility
• sustainability monitoring
• automated content creation
• translation
• revenue management
• visitor-flow monitoring
• robotics
• booking platforms
• or any other digital and AI-enabled tourism applications.
