A number of WA’s largest government agencies have joined forces to drive digital transformation through the unique Digital Public Sector Graduate Program. This program gives you the chance to gain invaluable experience rotating across up to 3 agencies.

As a Digital Public Sector Graduate Officer, you:

• work on a range of statewide projects and initiatives while solving some of WA’s most complex digital challenges
• join forces with government agencies delivering vital community services, gaining valuable insights, skills and experience through the unique rotational structure
• be at the forefront of public sector digital transformation, using cutting edge technologies to tackle the state’s digital priorities

The 2026 program is recruiting for 4 specialised streams:

• Cyber Security
• Data Science
• ICT Operations
• Geospatial Information Services

Driving innovation and impact, the program actively recruits top tier STEM graduates (58 to date) and has partnered with 17 government agencies since launching in 2024. Each year is unique as program size is determined by agency requirements within the sector.
