SUMMARY:DEADLINE: Exercise Western Dawn 2026 Participation
DESCRIPTION:Edith Cowan University invites expressions of interest from industry professionals\, researchers\, academics\, higher degree by research candidates\, university students\, engineers\, technologists\, software developers\, roboticists\, cyber specialists\, and innovators to participate in Exercise Western Dawn 2026 (Ex WD 26). Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to design and develop a robotic solution capable of operating in a complex environment where land\, water and technology intersect. \nTeams will explore challenges including: \n\nHuman-robot teaming\nAutonomous and remotely operated systems\nNavigation and obstacle negotiation\nSensor integration and data collection\nElectronic signature management\nMission planning and decision support\nPayload delivery and logistics support\nSystems integration under operational constraints\n\nBuilding on the success of previous Western Dawn innovation activities\, ExWD 26 represents a significant evolution from concept generation into the practical development\, testing and demonstration of human / robotic capability.
