DESCRIPTION:This program provides agriculture\, food and beverage businesses with funding to help them implement capital investment projects to expand\, diversify or relocate their value adding and processing operations in Western Australia.\n\n\n\n\nWhat do you get?\nMatched funding between $500\,000 and $1 million. \nWho is this for?\nAgriculture\, food and beverage businesses. \n\n\n\nThis stream provides funding for new investment or the bringing forward of planned investment projects in existing businesses that involve value adding post harvest or production. This includes activities that transform WA primary production from its original or raw form (i.e. commodities) into a state which is perceived as more valuable to the end consumer. \nFunded activities can include investments: \n\nin new manufacturing capability or processing facilities\, new technology or plant modernisation which reduces WA’s reliance on imported products\nthat improve sustainability and reduce the environmental impact of the manufacturing or processing activities\nthat enable expansion or diversification of business operations in relation to value adding.\n\nFunding is also available to businesses looking to relocate operations to\, or expand existing operations in WA.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for our next instalment of our Meet the Entrepreneur Series\, featuring Jay Albany\, CEO of Dirty Clean Food. \nSustainability Focused Entrepreneurship \nJay is CEO of Dirty Clean Food\, a market leading platform for delicious and ethical food based in Perth.  Dirty Clean Food provides a commercial outlet that advances regenerative agriculture in Western Australia\, influencing over 25\,000 hectares and 30+ family farmers and ethical small food businesses. Dirty Clean Food is a Commonland 4 Returns business\, focused on generating social\, natural\, financial and inspirational returns through landscape restoration. \nJay founded Dirty Clean Food within Wide Open Agriculture in 2019\, growing this business from zero to $10 million+ in annualised in turnover in three years\, and is currently raising funds for expansion.
