We often spend considerable time deliberating over the purchase of a car or home. However, curiously, we allocate far less time to nurture and plan our most valuable asset: our career.

Furthermore, massive changes resulting from Artificial Intelligence (AI), mining, and the energy transition are significantly reshaping the job market, potentially impacting approximately 40% of global jobs by 2030. Given this uncertainty, how can young people strategically plan their careers?
