WAFIC is collaborating with the Sustainable Innovative Food Technologies centre (SIFT) and the Food Industry Development team at the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) to deliver a targeted workshop for the seafood industry that explores opportunities and processes for value-adding, shelf-life extension, and downstream innovations.
