Creating a culture of diversity in Australia’s transport industry
To share the importance of establishing a more inclusive sector, RA will be holding a series of lunches around the country to support 2024 International Women’s Day.
RA is committed to building a transport sector that attracts, engages and retains women as part of a diverse workforce, while shaping the transport networks of the future.
The pathway to a more representative industry is a shared one. Our IWD lunches are an event open for all genders and careers. Collectively, we can make a difference and we hope to see a diverse audience at all our lunches, committing to a culture of inclusion.
