QANTM Valuations – FAST30 Webinar Series

21 August 2025 @ 10:00 am - 10:30 am AWST
Free

Amplifying Deal Value Through Intangible Assets

A large portion of the value of most businesses is generated by technology, data, brands and other intangible assets. The bulk of these assets do not appear on balance sheets; and they are often poorly substantiated in information memorandums. Time and again we see businesses leaving intangible value on the table in fund-raising and exits.

You will learn, in this 30-minute presentation:

  • how intangibles can be evaluated to identify upside potential,
  • how the quality of intangible assets can be articulated and valued, and
  • how defensible intangible evaluations achieve a value-premium.

This session will be particularly relevant to deal makers, legal and IP professionals, investors, boards, and rights-owners. For those interested, there will be time for Q&A after the presentation.

Registration for this webinar is FREE.

Date: Thursday, 21 August 2025
Time: 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM
