Structural reform\, record infrastructure investment\, an accelerating energy transition\, AUKUS and the urgency of digital transformation have created a convergence of pressure and opportunities unlike any other state in the country and the demand for a new kind of public sector leadership has never been stronger.\nThe Mandarin Live: Future Ready Public Service Western Australia cuts straight to the practical question: what does it actually take to lead a future-ready public sector agency right now? \nAcross two days\, WA’s public sector leaders come together to move deliberately from current state to future action on structural reform\, digital capability\, workforce readiness and government-industry partnership. Not in principle. In practice. \nDelegates leave with sharper clarity on where the WA public service is headed\, stronger connections with the leaders navigating the same terrain\, and concrete actions they can implement from day one.
