Please register as places are limited \nDate: Tuesday 25 June 2024 \nTime: Registration: 5:45 pm – 6:15 pm (Doors open @ 6 pm) \nEvent: 6:15 pm – 8:00 pm \nNetworking Reception: 8:00 pm – 8:45 pm \nLocation: The University Club of Western Australia – Hackett Entrance #1\, Hackett Drive\, Crawley. \nThis is a free event so registration is essential by Friday 21 June for catering purposes.

Whether you are part of a tokenisation project\, looking to brainstorm new ideas\, or simply want to share your project\, please join us. If you are in real estate and want to understand how tokenisation could add value to your daily business\, please join us. And to all investors who wish to meet like-minded individuals and dive into the world of DeFi\, real estate\, and crypto\, this is the place to be. \nPerth is now officially Australia’s capital city for PropTech\, aiming to achieve $1 billion in investments in property technologies. This announcement was made by 18th Lord Mayor of City of Perth Basil Zempilas and Cullum Ashton at the recent PropTech Hub WA Awards Night. \nWhere does this leave real estate tokenisation on Australia’s roadmap? Supported by Cygnet West PropTech Hub WA and Radium Capital Blocksquare’s real estate tokenisation SaaS solutions received the ‘Emerging PropTech of the Year 2024’ award. \nWhat was once a vision is slowly becoming a reality for the real estate industry. Blocksquare has tokenised 125 properties in 21 countries to date. Once a property has been tokenised\, several things can be done.
