SUMMARY:Liberty Flexible Workspaces: KickStart 2023 'From Homeworking to Coworking.'
DESCRIPTION:The start of the year brings new resolutions to many business owners. \nThis event is aimed at homeworkers\, startups\, and small business owners that are looking for ideas\, inspiration\, and practical tips for how to harness their ambition to ‘kick start 2023’. \nThe kids are back at school and it’s time to re-energise the business. \nStrategic planning and networking are two important areas of business that often get overlooked when people are aiming for growth. \nWe’ve asked strategic partners Adapt By Design and Go Networking to transfer some of their expert knowledge to a limited audience of clients\, startups\, and entrepreneurs. \n\n\n\n\nEvent Content: \n9.30: Registration / Coffee / Networking \n9.45: Introductions / Housekeeping \n10.00: Startup to Grownup – ADAPT by Design (Details below) \n10.50: Break \n11.15: Networking for small businesses – Go Networking (Details below) \n12.00: Refreshments. \n12.30: Finish \n  \nSpecial Offer \nUse of the coworking space for the rest of the day\, and a day pass voucher to use again. \nA special offer of 50% off flexi-time for 3 months if sign-up on the day\, and an invitation to our February events. \n  \nWorkshop Descriptions \nStartup to Grown Up \nWhy should micro businesses think about building resilience now? \n\nMost successful businesses started out as a micro business or are one still today.\nBut the success rates of micro and small businesses surviving are astoundingly bad.\nWhat does it take to build a micro business that is resilient\, which can grow into opportunity and can deliver long term sustained value for the founders and employees?\n\nPresented by ADAPT By Design\, one of Perth’s leading small business focussed strategic consultants. \n  \nNetworking for small businesses \nTo grow your business\, you’ve got to network. But not everyone finds networking easy. \nSo\, how do you network… and make it productive/profitable? \nHow do you just go out and meet people and engage them\, connect with them\, follow up with them\, and convert your conversations with them into actual business? \nAnd how do you network in a natural true-to-you kind of way\, without being pushy or looking like you need the business? \nThis workshop has everything you need for successful networking\, and for getting business through networking. \nLed by Ron Gibson\, one of Australia’s leading professional experts in networking. \nWho is this event perfect for? \n\nBusiness Owners\nProfessionals & Consultants\nStartups & Entrepreneurs\nIndividuals just starting out\nAnyone who wants to learn how to use networking to grow their business\nAnyone who genuinely wants to become better at networking\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

SUMMARY:Business Station: Agile Business Planning & Modelling Mural Masterclass
DESCRIPTION:In this session\, we discuss ‘Dialling in’ your small business/start-up strategy using Agile Business Planning and Modelling Techniques \n  \nAlmost anyone can come up with Strategy or Tactics which could conceivably work within the context of a Small Business or Start-up. \nThe difficulty lies in getting said strategies and tactics to deliver meaningful & strategic results. \nThe business building process can be an excruciating process of trial\, error and misfortune resulting in slow & confusing progress. \nIf you have ever started a business you can probably relate to the highs & lows of running seemingly endless start-up experiments to little/ no avail. \nProblem = TOO many Business Strategy Variables \n
