Subsidised by MTPConnect’s Researcher Exchange and Development within Industry (REDI) initiative, Cicada MedLab Commercialisation 101 is designed to train individuals from across Australia in the fundamentals of research commercialisation in the medtech and biotech.
Designed and delivered by industry and commercialisation experts, the workshop is focused on really bringing together four key commercialisation concepts.
– Pitching & clearly articulating your idea
– Business model canvases
– Identifying and engaging with customers
– Understanding your market opportunity

While the workshop is subsidised by MTPConnect’s Researcher Exchange and Development within Industry (REDI) initiative, there is a $200 co-contribution per participant.
