Increasing the distribution of your new product or services, by Tristan

In this session, we will discuss the importance of building new paths-to-market of varying kinds

One of the most important activities of the business building process is continuously increasing the distribution for our products & services by:

(1) Discovering new candidate sources of qualified leads

(2) Creating a list of ‘sources of qualified leads’ be they:

– Channel Partners (Key Partners)

– Email Databases

– Online Platforms (i.e. LinkedIn)

– Event platforms (i.e. Eventbrite)

(3) Capitalising on the existence of sources of qualified leads through activating these sales channels

We must also consider the impact of pivoting to a different Customer Segment / Key Partner type on the relevant ‘sources of qualified leads’.

Let’s also discuss outsourcing the work of increasing distribution to our PAs or EAs.
