A 6 month program to accelerate the growth of female led ventures with a proven revenue model, ready to take the next steps in growth, scalability and investment readiness.

The program will support founders in accelerating the growth of their company to scale into new markets. Working with a team of experienced growth experts, a tailored advisory team (that has successfully built, commercialised, and grown their own ventures), access to a curriculum of workshops and roundtables and leveraging our network and connections to, experts, industry partners, investors and global mentors.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

▪️ Advisory Team: a hand picked, personalised 2 person team with support from them throughout the program.
▪️ Monthly Advisory Team Meeting: 5 x monthly, 2 hour “board meeting” with your advisory team.
▪️ 2 day Business Building Workshop: to kick off the program and meet the cohort plus a strategic OKR goal setting day.
▪️ Introductory Call: get to know your advisory team mentors.
▪️ Roundtables: held monthly covering a broad range of topics such as market entry strategies for expansion
▪️ Robust Expansion Strategy: a well-defined roadmap to scale your venture effectively.
▪️ Ongoing Support: weekly 60 min cohort update call.
▪️ Dedicated Program and Community Hub: with webinar replays, events and resources.

With a hybrid cohort and the roundtable sessions held in a global streaming room, allow you to join from anywhere in Western Australia.
