DEADLINE: Premier’s Science Awards Applications

Applications for the 2023 Premier’s Science Awards are now open and will close at 10:00AM (AWST) on Thursday 27 April 2023
The Premier’s Science Awards recognise and celebrate the outstanding scientific research and engagement taking place in Western Australia.
Winners will be announced at the Premier’s Science Awards ceremony in September 2023.
WA scientists, researchers, STEM tertiary students and STEM engagement providers are encouraged to apply.
Why apply?
There are 6 categories in the awards, with prizes per category ranging from $10,000 to $50,000. The finalists and winners will also receive a short professional video, promoting their work and achievements.
As a winner or finalist, you will be recognised for your work by your peers, scientific organisations and the wider community. You will also be invited to attend the awards ceremony in September, with the opportunity to network with senior government representatives, industry leaders and key stakeholders in the STEM community.
