SUMMARY:Demystifying Innovation Workshop
DESCRIPTION:The Demystifying Innovation workshop will be provided by the Triangle Equity Partners Pty Ltd\, the Certified Training Partner in Australia for the Global Innovation Management Institute (GIMI)\, the global certification board for innovation and innovation management\, headquartered out of Boston. \nThis full-day program will help you be more innovative and engaged\, to succeed in today’s business environment. It aims encouraging the culture of innovation\, as a mindset that can be cultivated and applied across all areas of your organisation. Everyone is encouraged to contribute ideas and solutions\, while many organisations’ are struggling to install the innovation vision\, in our VUCA (volatility\, uncertainty\, complexity\, and ambiguity) world\, which is more complex than ever.  The workshop can help you see how your contributions can make a difference and be more connected by developing problem-solving skills by teaching you how to think creatively and approach problems from different angles. \nThis workshop will help you to better understand your readiness to initiate and implement innovation projects\, by measuring your level of innovative mindset and know-how\, learn more about business innovation\, and the value it brings to the market and your organisation. \nAs part of this workshop\, you will undertake the GIMI Innovation Potential Assessment\, which is broken down into innovation mindset to lead innovation principles and know-how to make innovation real.  The assessment will allow you to understand your strengths and weaknesses in relation to innovation. \nThis workshop will be focused on the definition and examples of business innovation\, what makes an innovation breakthrough\, and key elements it is made from (trends\, basic human needs\, business models\, barriers to entry). \nThis workshop is not academic\, but practical as it focuses on ‘Business Innovation’ for corporates and individuals entangling the innovation value chain elements for driving breakthrough innovations to make them real. \n  \nLearning Outcomes \n\n\nA deeper understanding of business innovation (some of the mega global forces and trends impacting organisations worldwide\, basic human needs to be considered\, some successful business models and barriers to entry).\nIdentify your innovation potential profile and levels of mindset and know-how.\nGood understanding of what process and tools are needed to generate new breakthrough ideas for organisations.\nA short exam will be held at the end of the workshop where participants passing the exam will receive the globally recognised certificate from GIMI\, Innovation Catalyst Certificate.
