DESCRIPTION:StartupWA are seeking candidates who bring a genuine interest in (and experience of) WA’s startup ecosystem\, and want to contribute and commit their time.\nThese are unpaid positions. It is an opportunity to ‘give back’ to the startup sector. Directors’ main roles are to listen to and represent the best interests of the sector. They have also identified key skill areas that the Board would like to strengthen\, including a strong knowledge and understanding of: Finance\, accounting\, investment and budgeting ~ Legal and risk \nStartupWA are particularly (but not only) interested in hearing from applicants aged in their 20s and 30s\, also female\, regional\, CaLD and indigenous backgrounds.  Prior experience on boards is useful\, but not necessarily required.
