Angel Investors are individuals* who wish to invest a portion of their wealth in emerging startup businesses. In addition to financial investment, many angel investors will bring industry or business knowledge to assist in the development of some of these early stage ventures through mentoring and coaching, industry connections, or assisting them to prepare for further investment or an exit.
