2023 WA Robotics Playoffs

The WA Robotics Playoffs is a two-day festival teams of robots, teams of humans, innovation and passion.
What is WARP?: a collaboration between Curtin University, Murdoch Univesity and the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development – The Western Australian Robotics Playoffs (WARP) brings together a mix of robotics and a research competition to engage high school students in the exciting world of primary industries. Whether you are competing, spectating, or attending the expo, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
Teams of students have built robots to compete in a dynamic game akin to 3-on-3 basketball, but with big robots. These games are played throughout the day – its an exciting spectacle as robots clash, tactics emerge and teams form alliances to gain the most points.
When: 8.30am-5pm Saturday and Sunday, 26-27 August, 2023
