DEADLINE: R&D Advance Finding Applications

Are you planning to apply for an Advance or Overseas Finding? An Advance Finding gives you assurance that your registered R&D activities will be eligible to claim under the R&D Tax Incentive.

If you plan to conduct overseas R&D activities, then you must apply and receive an Overseas Finding first before you can claim.

Your application needs to be submitted through the customer portal before the end of the income year in which you conduct, or plan to conduct, your activities

For companies with a July to June income year, the deadline for applying is 30 June 2023 for the 2022/23 income year.
