ASTN is partnering with Austrade to deliver the Australia-India Sports Industry Summit, a four-day trade mission to Delhi and Mumbai from 7-10 December 2026. Expressions of interest are open now and close on Wednesday 14 October 2026.

Australia’s global leadership in high-performance sport complements India’s ambition to become a leading destination for elite sport and major event delivery. This mission is designed to position Australia as a partner of choice in that growth, and to give Australian companies a structured, supported path into the market.

The program includes:

• Market, government and regulatory briefings
• Industry roundtables with Indian sport, government and industry stakeholders
• Targeted business matching and networking functions
• Curated industry forum, plenary sessions and panel discussions

The program is open to Australian businesses in sportstech, sports education and training, sports nutrition, and sports infrastructure and services, with:

• A current ABN
• A viable product with existing customers and revenue or funding in place to support expansion
• An existing or intended presence in South Asia
• Capacity to travel to Delhi and Mumbai for the full program

Places are strictly limited, and all applications are assessed by Austrade’s country and sector specialists.

This initiative is supported by the Accessing New Markets Initiative (ANMI). ANMI is a $55 million program helping Australian businesses diversify and grow their exports, designed and jointly delivered by Austrade and industry.
