Respondents are expected to propose a program strategy and delivery approach aligned to current market conditions and the needs outlined in this document. Submissions will be assessed on the strength of the strategy and expected outcomes.

The provider should design a high-impact program aligned to the following principles:

• Commercial readiness: Companies must demonstrate capability and intent to engage in the Australian market. Respondents may propose a mix of startup and scaleup-stage companies, with a clear rationale aligned to outcomes.
• Industry-led relevance: The program must align to the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries priority challenges including climate adaptation, productivity and food security.
• Cross-industry impact: Companies should demonstrate relevance across multiple agricultural industries where possible.
