• What is the True Purpose of your enterprise?
• Not just its vision, or values, or 3-year horizon plan.
• What is the authentic motive deep down inside you that is going to bring genuine value into the world, as opposed to merely removing value (the veiled ambition that the general public fear is the modus operandi of most modern organisations)?
• If you can’t answer that in a short sharp sentence you may not be fully equipped to lead a purposeful enterprise in the 21st century.

In this workshop Mike Edmonds will:

• Instruct you on the principles of organisational purpose and show you how to surface your own.
• Guide you through the process of enunciating that purpose powerfully, writing a short Purpose Manifesto and then seeing how that narrative might impact the behaviour of your organisation.
• Share real-world case studies from his own body of work in both commercial and social enterprises.
• Follow-up with any participant via email or Facetime as you take your newly-enunciated purpose out into the world.
